Detailed description of the works I'm looking for a quote for drawings/site plan as I'm applying for planning permission to knock down a wall to widen the front garden entrance and to lower the footpath for a driveway. The property is a small terraced house in Cabra both houses on each side on me have driveways but I'm told by D.C.C. I will need a drawing / lay out of site plan not less than 1:200 for planning application.
